Returns and exchanges

Because every item is printed to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference. That includes the wrong size selected, color preference, or a change of mind. Please check sizing with the size chart on each product page before you order.

 

Damaged, defective or misprinted items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

 

How to request a fix

Contact us within 30 days of delivery through our Contact page and include:

• Your order number
• A photo of the issue
• A brief description of the problem

 

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
